Jolly azu is to catch Mantines ev to out speed ada 252 azu and same with bulu to out speed timid seismtoad (nice in the ground mu). Hat is ev to out speed celesteela speed tier and still have some form of bulk +1 allows to 2hko celesteela and cele needs rocks up to ohko you back and still have nice coverage with mystic fire w/dual stab lele could be a better pick since I went more speed here but I like hat niche with magic bounce and shock factor. If you arent a fan of that you can go nuzzle over fire but make sure ev hat to outspeed toxapex. 4 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 56 Def Hatterene: 258-306 (81.3 - 96.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery Clef is ev to help against hex/spec dragpult. Imo leftovers is maybe better for recovery. Pick your poison on the item. Tapu koko with discharge+Toxic works as a cheese speed control offensive support. Toxic hits fat grounds and other checks that like to switch in like lando,thundy,and ect.
