Raichu is EVd to speed creep the most common Raichu set. The 1 in special attack helps for some rolls but can be moved to HP to guarantee a live of lorb kowtow. ||| Kommo's Speed is for outspeeding jolly basc (you outspeed jolly scarf bascs after a clangsoul). ||| Gambit is EVd to be 1 point slower than Brave base 60s for trick room MUs. Some HP is moved to SpDf for optimal lorb recoil, but is totally optional in the grand scheme of things. ||| Gengar is EVd to outspeed Jolly Chomp. 1+ Special Attack for optimal rolls for Froslass with Shadow Ball without compromising bulk. ||| Rest are standard sets for the most part. I think Kingambit could afford to run SD if you would like to, but iron head is good flexibility into Big 6/Floette Balance comps.
