Ho-Oh and Toxapex are generic Regenerator walls. Ho-Oh doesn't carry Sacred Fire due to Heatran, but you can drop Protect for it if you want. The weird Ting-Lu set is mainly so that it can somewhat answer Taunttrap Heatran. Houndstone is Houndstone, you can do whatever you want with it probably. However, Shadow Sneak is extremely important if you need an emergency anti-sweeper. Blissey is just Blissey. Depending on the metagame/if you are feeling more MU fishy, you can replace Wo-Chien with Choice Scarfed Tauros-Paldea-Aqua, Adamant Aqua Jet, CC, Wave Crash, Rest. This set also serves as an emergency anti-sweeper and sometimes a cleaner. Wo-Chien is more reliable overall for ignoring Scrappy, Clear Body, Defiant, and Competitive, as well as having Knock Off to allow Stealth Rocks to actually chip the opponent and prevent Leftovers healing.
