Something I don’t see talked about enough is the difference between repairing a roof versus doing a full replacement. It seems like the best option really depends on age, roofing material, and how often repairs are happening. A newer roof with isolated issues is one situation, but repeated problems might be a indicator of something bigger. I’ve been reading more about how professional inspections help homeowners plan better long term instead of just reacting after leaks appear.
