Deoxys-Attack have been a great threat thank to its speed tier and sky high offense stat. Its bulk on the other side is so low that we can actually utilize it to improof. It works Similarly as MMY, but its faster and easier to revenge kill. It dies to almost any priority and will be nearly unstoppable on psychic surge HO where it usually appears along with other kind of sets of it. You can decide on which kind of photon geysers you want but generally I would prefer special one.
