Lumineon is the tier's most consistent defogger imo. It's always the Pelipper vs Lumineon choice in BDSP PU but I find Lumineon to not be as abusable as Pelipper. Lumineon does not have to deal with a rock weakness nor a x4 electric weakness and sure it has no recovery but it still handles what it needs to handle decently well like Monferno and other physical threats in the tier like Armaldo, Floatzel and Gabite.
