Thoughts: Florges is the best Fairy-type, next to the Tapus. It has great bulk and useful utility in Defog and Heal Bell. Wish is also really useful and while it isn't great in 1v1 situations, it gets the job done against Dragons and Spectrier. Defog is really great in such a limited metagame and Heal Bell helps it check Spectrier easier while Rest can be used for recovery on Pokemon such as Copperajah, Dragalge, Moltres-G and so on.
Partners: Pokemon that lack recovery work really well with it. Copperajah is a really good partner, since it checks Steel- and Poison-types for it. Moltres-Galar, Groudon, Landorus-T and so on also appreciate either Wish or Heal Bell support, while SR weak Pokemon appreciate Defog.
