Ninetales is probably one of the most underrated mons in the tier. Base 100 speed tier is solid and with Nasty Plot, it can become a dangerous wallbreaker. The bulky waters cannot even check it properly thanks to Energy Ball and Ninetales beats all of the tier's defensive cores.
