Gyarados Cresselia Offense

This team is built around SubDD Mega-Gyarados because it can take advantage of defensive answers such as Slowbro, Cofagrigus, and Cresselia. Gyarados have many defensive checks like Rotom-W/Ferrothorn/Zapdos/Skarmory/Clef so team's target is remove or weaken them to help Gyarados sweep. Bulky SD Chomp is one interesting part both in offense and defense, it is a very reliable rocks setter as common removal options in Excadrill and Zapdos struggle to remove rocks against it. It can also use SD to weaken enemy Clefable, or play reserved for Bisharp. Talonflame can use wisp or swords dance and helps Gyara in overwhelming common checks such as Zapdos/Rotom-W. SD Exca is hazard remover and gives the team better stall breaking ability. Serperior is the team's water resist to check Keldeo/Manaphy while still providing speed. HP Fire is chosen over HP Rock so that it can hit Ferro/Scizor. Finally, Cresselia has toxic over the traditional Thunder Wave because otherwise Rotom and Volcanion can sit on it. For threats, Cofagrigus with Toxic Spikes can be deadly, and Thundurus can be hard to pivot into, but if you played well they will be solved, hope you enjoy it. :)
