This also conveniently lives 252+ +1 Ice Beam from Starmie. 140 defense when paired with 192 HP allows Zapdos to live a Jolly Band Rock Slide from Aerodactyl, as well as optimize matchups vs Pokemon trying to use Return to beat Raikou.
