Jellicent + Articuno Spikes Semi-Stall

Articuno opens up Spikes semi stall as a playstyle with its pressure defog heal bell combination and ability to bleed out pp from removers like salamence. Jellicent is a cool option for a defensive wall that checks stuff like Keldeo and Cobalion that can double up as a wallbreaker capable of abusing the Spikes support. Hippo gives the Electric-immunity and stealth rock support, Umbreon synergises well with Jellicent typing wise and its wish support helps give it more opporutnities into stuff like Scizor, Toxic support can help it break better too. Covet Chansey is a cool option enabled by the heal bell and stealth rocks being elsewhere, can more freely take Knock Off's from stuff like Azelf with the potential to steal back useful items like Rocky Helmet, Leftovers, or Heavy-Duty Boots from other Pokemon not expecting it. ID Skarm appreciates being able to run spikes because of articuno and can provide a solid sciz and conk answer.
