Slaking

Slaking is by far the biggest threat in the entire metagame. Belly Drum boosted Extreme Speed will OHKO most of the metagame, with Superpower covering Pokémon like Skarmory and Metagross while doing enough damage to deny Belly Drum attempts from opposing Slaking most of the time. Jolly is the best Slaking nature as it allows it to outspeed or speed tie other Slaking and all Kyogre, thus creating a safety net against a boosted Slaking. However, you only have a 75% chance to OHKO opposing Slaking. An Adammant nature gives you a guaranteed OHKO against opposing Slaking and a 62.5% chance to OHKO against Groudon with +6 Extreme Speed. An Impish Nature makes it possible to survive +6 Jolly Slaking's Extreme Speed 81.2% of the time to then retaliate with Superpower. Aditionally, it allows Slaking to take less than half from Groudon's or Slaking's unboosted Superpower. Another option is dropping the support that Spore offers when it comes to finding setup opportunities for ghost coverage to be able to hit Gengar. Shadow Ball is stronger whereas HP Ghost can be used to beat Imprison Shadow Ball Gengar. This last set is less reliable and will often requieres Ninjask support. Choice Band Slaking sacrifices the boosting capabilities and flexibility of Belly Drum to gain huge immediate power that can ignore the counterplay centered around disabling it, also acting as a great way to stop sweeps from Pokémon like Slaking, Latios and Kyogre. However, it is very suspectible to sleep. Even though it may seem like a good idea, do not use Trick over Explosion or Sleep Talk, Explosion already OHKOs everything that isn't a Ghost Type and most Slaking answers do not mind being Tricked a Choice Band whereas Sleep Talk gives Slaking a chance to remain threatening after being put to sleep.
