Sub Toxic Zeraora lures in Ttar checks and weakens them, supports dragapult's hax spam. Standard Balance but with Scarf Tar, Scarf Tar is adamant so we can ensure to OHKO Hydreigon and we outspeed positive base 100s. Scarf Tar can do some good numbers to pokemon such as Mandibuzz which Dragapult enjoys a lot.
