Following Raichu's well waited departure, Manectric takes its spot as the king of electrics and one of the best pokemon in the tier. It cannot fully emulate Raichu's success since it doesn't possess Water coverage or the move Nasty Plot but Manectric has its own unique things that don't break the tier. It has Switcheroo which choiced sets use to punish its good electric switchins like Golem and Camerupt (dont give that a specs). It also possesses Fire coverage in Flamethrower and Overheat so it has the ability to hit grass types like Leafeon, Meganium and Victreebel for super effective.
