Cyclizar

Cyclizar is one of only two Pokemon with access to Shed Tail, a move that rips out 50% of your max. HP (rounded up) and Baton Passes a regular Substitute. Along with Black Sludge and Substitute, Cyclizar can 3HKO itself and provide valuable team support at the same time. Shed Skin basically prevents Cyclizar from using Toxic Orb, though (its only other ability is the detrimental Regenerator). Cyclizar also has access to quite possibly the fastest viable Knock Off in the meta along with Taunt. 6 HP IVs are so Cyclizar can 3HKO itself. Knock Off-using Cyclizar should be Timid, but Naive Black Sludge Cyclizar is OHKOed by Magnemite Steel Beam. Cyclizar can dodge Pranksters, dodge trappers, or be better Steel Beam and Stealth Rock or Chloroblast fodder with its Tera of choice, but Tera Dark grants its Knock Off unfortunate STAB.
