Fabio/Gon Volt Turn into Balanced™

Bulky Fabio bc it checks Gatr and Durant and is a half decent def pivot. Durant is paired with Fabio bc it appreciates Fabio's ability to bring it in safely. It's the best mon in the tier imo, having no hard counters bar quag. SR Necro worked better than Queen and Kommo and knock is neat. Hits like a truck. Refresh Milo bc no cleric. Comp helps the webs mu and punishes defog slightly. Also allows it to 1v1 the rare defensive Tsar. Standard Cress, sdef over phydef bc Salazzle and Swellow. Could also use phydef>sdef if you'd rather have a better mu vs Bewear/Goro/Kommo. Scarf Flygon is horrible, but I needed a scarfer that could defog, as webs and spikes were huge problems to the team. S/o Fabio for putting such a strain on the building:/
