Smeargle passes on Technician to Heracross, giving its Rock Blast and Pin Misillie absolutely incredible power, and Arm Thrust only 10 less BP than Close Combat without the stat drops. Heracross passes Moxie pre mega and Skill Link post Mega, giving Mamoswine an attack boost with each KO and a 125 BP STAB Icicle Spear, respectively. Mamoswine passes Thick Fat to Celesteela, removing its Fire weakness and giving it an Ice neutrality. Celesteela passes Beast Boost to Tapu Koko, giving it the chance to sweep late game. It passes Electric Surge to Kyurem-B, giving its Fusion Bolt a nice boost. Kyurem passes Turboblaze to Smeargle, letting it set up Sticky Web against Mega Sableye and Mega Diancie.
