Nice special attacking tank for HO teams. Increasing its defense by 43 points, making it 120, makes it reasonably bulky for a special attacker.

Hyper voice and psychic (chansey is gone so psyshock isnt needed yay) for stab. Shadow ball for psychic and ghost mons (Max HP marowak alola gets OHKOd by shadow ball compared to the 31% to OHKO with psychic so its a gamble). Focus blast can be ran for dark and steel types. Hidden power fire for ferrothorn and scizor. The speed EVs allow it to outspeed 144 ev neutral speed scizor mega among other threats (Buzzwole and bulky landoT for example).
