Mirror Shot has a 30% chance to lower accuracy of the opponent, but has a really unreliable 85% accuracy, and Flash Cannon is more reliable and isn't inaccurate (as well as having the same PP as Mirror Shot). Double Team is, well, evasion boost. Thunder Wave can paralyze the opponent, heavily decreasing their chance to hit you. Rest is really the only recovery Magnezone has, but with a couple evasion boosts, you can easily make up for the turn loss, and when you are sleeping, you don't lose PP. A win win situation. Bright Powder also helps decrease the chance of the opponent hitting you. Sturdy will also basically guarantee a Double Team/Thunder Wave, as long as you aren't switching in to entry hazards.
