Luxray has finally found itself a tier where it can do a good job. There's no competition with Electivire as a physical electric and not much in PU can emulate Guts' wallbreaking power. Obviously Luxray is held back by Wild Charge, which is weaker than non STAB Facade and its speed again but that isn't much of an issue in PU compared to other tiers. It's faster than things like Glaceon and Rampardos and speed ties with Victreebel.
