- Haxorus is an RUBL (RarelyUsed Banlist) Pokémon that is probably not thought about much when teambuilding. However, in OnslaughtMons, Mega Sableye has been rather common, its ability Magic Bounce ruining Taunt users that would usually shut it down. However, look no further than Haxorus! Its Mold Breaker ability shuts down Magic Bounce allowing Taunt to be used, allowing it to come in, tank a Will-o-Wisp with its Lum Berry, Taunt the opponent, and set up freely. Take caution, however, as the Lum Berry is a single-use item. It can also defeat most popular Unaware users without an Ability Shield. However, eventually the opponent will run out of counters if they are using a semistall / stall team where Mega Sableye is usually ran, which is when it can set up max Swords Dances and sweep the remaining Pokémon in the opponent's team due to it likely being not fast enough to outspeed Haxorus.
