Metal Burst Mega Sableye [Dark]

The Darkness Pokemon packs a nasty surprise for opponents looking to break through it with brute force with Metal Burst. Using a EV spread with 248 HP and 156 SpDef with a Careful nature, Mega Sableye survives Mega Diancie's Moonblast and OHKO it with Metal Burst. Aside from this, Mega Sableye provides utility in the form of Knock Off and Magic Bounce and a Fighting-immunity which allows it check threats such as Choice Scarf Terrakion for Dark teams. Alolan Muk, Mandibuzz, and Tyranitar make a strong defensive core with Mega Sabelye, as they cover for each others weaknesses. Hydreigon is a strong wallbreaker that deals with Toxapex, and Tapu Bulu that Mega Sableye struggles with. Bisharp deals with Fairy-types such as Clefable and can clean opposing teams late-game once Mega Sableye has worn down the opposing team's walls. Weavile deals with Dragon-types such as Mega Altaria that threaten it, and in turn appreciates Mega Sableye's ability to keep off entry hazards. Choice Scarf Zarude deals with Mega Lopunny, and can clean teams such as Ground and Water late-game. Lastly, Greninja can fulfill almost any role on a Dark-type team, allowing it to cover for matchups the team struggles with.
