Smeargle

With a movepool consisting of very nearly every move in Gen 9 (thanks to Sketch) and a Steel Beam so weak it fails to OHKO anyone, Smeargle is quite possibly the best Pokemon in the entirety of The Loser's Game! Thanks to its incredibly weak Steel Beam (and Chloroblast if you're sick and tired of facing Imprison-Steel Beam, at the cost of Chloroblast being blocked by Sap Sipper users and actually OHKOing some Pokemon), Smeargle can afford to use Mental Herb. ...And, thanks to its fairly slow base 75 Speed, it'll need that Mental Herb. Smeargle can use move combinations no other Pokemon can access such as Tidy Up-Rapid Spin for the ultimate in hazard removal or Stone Axe-Court Change for a Court Change enabler in one team slot. Smeargle also makes a fine Perish Passer or Sticky Web setter - the possibilities are endless! Smeargle's best ability is Moody so it can try to get game-changing Speed boosts just by staying in. Smeargle prefers being Jolly so its Steel Beam/Chloroblast is as weak as possible. Smeargle is OHKOed by Arceus Steel Beam, but it can use alternate EV and IV spreads to even dodge the Gholdengo Steel Beam OHKO. With some very important jobs on its hands, Smeargle prefers Tera Dark to dodge Pranksters.
