Floatzel, like Dugtrio is an incredibly fast mon that hits hard with a Choice Specs set. Specs' best check on paper which is Lumineon, doesn't even want to switch into Focus Blast if it's physdef and even Pelipper gets 2hkod by Hydro Pump after rocks. Physical Floatzel is okay but I think special Floatzel is definitely the way to go.
