[Gen 3] OU: Riders on the Storm (Rain H.O. [Peak 1436 ELO])

The goal of this team is twofold; get in your Special breaker Dra, or get in your Physical breaker Hera. Both can sweep once you get rid of their checks/counters. To do that, I've employed ZapDug (with SpDef Dug able to sponge a hit from Ice Beam), CBGross, and Lonely BoomGar. SubDos allows you to Sub T1 and possibly (virtually) win the Special offense game on the spot if they hard switch to Blissey; you can then eat a hit, do 60-70% with Beat Up (or more due to its high crit ratio), and then survive untouched, even by Counter. CBGross's goal is to get rid of bulky mons so your two wallbreakers can setup without getting KOd, first (or phased). It's a great lure for all the walls if you click Boom early, or it can win in the late game Mashing. Lonely BoomGar is something I'd proud to have come up with that lures in Blissey and then OHKOs standard variants. This is helpful for Dra as well. Last is the setup wallbreakers/sweepers, Dra/Hera. Dra sets up with Rain Dance, sponges a hit with its great defenses (only weak to Dragon), and then proceeds to decimate with Surf. Hera requires a bit more thought; you try to get in Salac range, while also trying to get a SD off. Then you can break through/sweep with your nuclear Swarm-boosted Megahorns or >= 100 BP Reversals. This team has been my most consistent team on ladder, and I hope you enjoy using it!
