PDT the goat made the skeleton for this, i just piloted it. Zamazenta does zamazenta things. Helm taunt special lando obliterates the majority of suicide leads and gives great tusk a hard time keeping rocks off. Gholdengo blocks spins and helps pivot against the litany of fighters, fairies and psychics. Ghostium gives it the extra push to break past stuff like gliscor and moltres (keep in mind z-hex is 160 bp) while softening knocks from ival, kingambit and weavile in a pinch. Scarf sball lele is a heat tech, it owned ghold switching in, so on the second time it comes in psychic will two shot it. Fsight helps out zamazenta and victini in breaking as well. Dragonite checks pon and urshifu quite well and is a potent sweeper. Victini keeps the weird set up pokemon under control with encore and makes gliscor think twice about clicking protect. Waters are not a fan of taking expanding force with terrain up and risk blue flares sheer power+burn chance.
