Looking back, these movesets aren't actually as bad as I remember. Aside from Flail Milotic, nothing stands out as obviously bad. In any case, many of the movesets in this fight are designed to be weaker versions of the Mother Beast movesets. Clefable drops Metronome for Psychic to hit Poison-types, and Moonlight to heal. It also has Cute Charm instead of Magic Guard, as it's both more useful in a single-player context, and better fits Lusamine's theme. Dramps may have bemoaned Lilligant for being non-threatening, but Own Tempo Leaf Storm begs to differ, as does another trick we'll get to later. Because Game Freak doesn't seem to want to use Hidden Power anywhere, Nature Power (which calls Tri Attack) is used as some form of coverage. That said, Tsareena does also fit Lusamine's theme very well, so it's here as an alternative to Lilligant. Trop Kick is the main STAB move, Low Sweep and Play Rough are for coverage, and U-turn provides some nice pivoting. Mismagius was pretty good in vanilla, so I just added Calm Mind for boosting. Now we get to the Milotic. This set may look weird, and that's because it is. I don't really care. Dragon Tail lets Milotic shuffle the player around, and Hypnosis is there because Sleep is a powerful status condition. I also gave it Competitive over Marvel Scale for more offense. Dramps complained about Bewear not really fitting Lusamine's theme, and I'm inclined to agree. Hala also uses a Bewear later on, and I didn't want to come up with two separate Bewear sets, so all the more reason to drop it. In its place are two possible candidates. Kangaskhan doesn't really fit the beauty theme, but it fits Lusamine's mother theme. Blissey fits the beauty theme better, and is a giant "f*** you" to Primarina. Kangaskhan has a pretty basic selection of moves. Return can be swapped with Frustration depending on how you want to characterize Lusamine, but I like to think she pampers her Pokemon to no end. Blissey just has a dumb offensive set because I couldn't think of a way to downgrade the Mother Beast set. It's worth noting that because of the stat boosts in the Mother Beast fight, at least one of Tsareena and Kangaskhan need to be on the team.
