Choice Band Gyarados + Heatran

Choice Band Gyarados, paired with Heatran as follow-up, provides a good opening sequence, letting the team pivot around numerous threats in the early-game and set Stealth Rock. Heatran + Rotom-W + Jirachi forms a special-attacking core that pressures shared checks, enabling Jirachi to become menacing late-game. Breloom supports the team by dealing with Tyranitar and Water / Ground types while also making progress with Spore. Tyranitar, on top of providing sand and defensive counterplay to various threats, brings additional power against bulky Water / Ground types and keeps the offensive nature of the team with a Dragon Dance set. Shuca Berry Jirachi prevents Rotom-W from being overwhelmed by Dragon Dance users aside from Dragon Dance Tyranitar, which is handled by Breloom, and it also makes Choice Scarf Flygon less threatening late-game.
