Vivillon is the current fastest Pokemon that is 4x weak to Stealth Rock and has a reliable sleep-inflicting move, giving it a niche (however small) in The Loser's Game. Vivillon's best ability, Compound Eyes, improves the accuracy of its Sleep Powder and Stun Spore to an impressive 97.5%. Tailwind provides alternate speed control and is best timed after putting an opposing Pokemon to sleep. Black Sludge lets Vivillon fit better in Court Change teams, and so do 2 HP IVs, which make its max. HP divisible by 8. A Naive nature lets it be OHKOed by Magnemite Steel Beam and helps maximize the near-100% chance of being OHKOed by Klefki Steel Beam after Black Sludge. Tera Dark lets Vivillon ignore Pranksters, while Tera Ghost lets it escape trappers and make it weak to Knock Off, and Tera Ice makes it weak to Steel Beam while still keeping some weakness to Stealth Rock.
