Cradily functions primarily as a bulky special defensive wall. Being able to survive at least 2 hits from Tapu Koko, Swellow, Camerupt-Mega, non-specs Kyogre, Nidoking (120 SpA) with Giratina as god.
It also functions as rocks setter, spreading status and a water absorber.
Set
Max Hp and Max SpD makes Cradily as bulky as possible on the special side. Allowing it to live hits from the mons discussed above for example. Mirror coat to surprise special attackers. Cradily isnt made to kill opponents directly, but a giga drain at +1 due to storm drain isn't that bad. You can also run a Yache Berry to surprise kyurem-white or other special attackers with higher damage output.
