**Level 100 Palkia for Sticker/Ribbon farming from Sinnoh Elite 4 rematch teams.**
Palkia is exclusive to Shining Pearl/Transfer. 
You will need to have defeated or caught the wild Heatran so that Cynthia will show up with the level 88 Garchomp team. 
Remember to have Buck return the Magma Stone from a house in the Survival Area so that Heatran will show up.

**Game settings and Palkia's stats**
Modest Nature with 252 Special Attack EVs, 232 Speed EVs and the rest in Defence. 
It needs to be level 100, so if it doesn’t have perfect IVs, you can just Hyper Train it. 
Ability doesn’t matter but if you Ability Patch it, you can’t reverse that until Paldea. 
*Surf should be PP Maxed or you should have grown a decent amount of Leppa Berries.*
Affection bonuses are recommended even if they do slow it down and you should turn off battle animations and put it on Set mode for switching.

**Items required** 
PP restoration like Leppa Berries or Ether/Elixir
Full Restores because Spiritomb occasionally burns Palkia and Palkia doesn’t always automatically heal the burn
Hyper Potions for in between battles
X Special Attacks for Lucian and Cynthia
Lustrous Orb for Palkia, but Mystic Water/Splash Plate/Sea Incense/Wise Glasses are possible replacements for the version exclusive Lustrous Orbs

**TMs** 
Flamethrower and Thunderbolt from Veilstone City's Department store.
Surf and Dragon Pulse from the BP shop near the Battle Tower or acquired from hikers in the underground. Home BP is a good option for this if you can’t get them from the underground.

**Aaron** 
use Surf on everything.

**Bertha** 
use Surf on everything.

**Flint** 
use Surf on everything. Infernape has a Focus Sash. Restore HP after this battle.

**Lucian** 
Surf Mr. Mime, Espeon and Alakazam, then use X Special Attack in front of Bronzong use Surf or Flamethrower, Thunderbolt Slowbro and Surf the last Pokémon.  Restore HP after this battle if Alakazam/Bronzong attacked and PP if necessary. Note, If Alakazam did attack, you may want to heal Palkia before you use the X Special Attack.

**Cynthia** 
Use an X Special Attack in front of Spiritomb, Surf/Dragon Pulse Spiritomb, Thunderbolt Togekiss, pick any move for Porygon-Z, Flamethrower Lucario for the burn chance and then again if it doesn’t get burned, Thunderbolt Milotic and Dragon Pulse Garchomp. 
A Burn from Spiritomb could lead to an Extreme Speed from the Focus Sash Lucario being enough to KO Palkia, so use a Full Restore after the first hit on Lucario if Palkia doesn’t automatically heal the burn before then.

**Home 2.0 note** 
You can transfer Palkia in from another game. Legends Arceus as one example. 
If Palkia is not already level 100, level it up in Galar where you can just throw XL candy at it.

If you’re fine with taking the time to swap items, Aaron, Bertha and Cynthia can be beaten the same with Palkia holding an Amulet Coin.
