Gardevoir

Gardevoir is the current second fastest Taunt-Heal Pulse user in the meta, giving it great match-ups against nearly every Pokemon it outspeeds, as it Taunts them to prevent them from setting up Substitute, then heals them. 80 base Speed makes Gardevoir rather slow at the healer job, though, being vulnerable to many faster Taunt users. Gardevoir's crazy wide support movepool gives it access to Trick, Encore, Imprison, Knock Off, Thunder Wave, Trick Room, and its line's current signature slow pivot move, Teleport. Gardevoir's best ability, Trace, lets it copy its opponent's ability, including great ones like Magic Bounce and Good as Gold, situational ones like Prankster, and even awful ones like Shed Skin. Since Gardevoir tends to stay in for long periods of time and hit no significant Steel Beam OHKO benchmarks by being Naive Black Sludge, Gardevoir prefers Toxic Orb. Naive Gardevoir is always OHKOed by Magnemite Steel Beam. Trick Sitrus Berry sets should use 1 HP IV to make Sitrus Berry activate as rarely as possible. Gardevoir prefers Tera Dark to dodge Pranksters or Tera Ghost to escape trappers.
