This is a balance team with a good matchup against prominent Zacian-C and Eternatus teams that also has at least a neutral matchup against every other Restricted Legendary but Necrozma-DM and Ho-Oh. Since the team heavily relies on Zacian-C for damage, its Attack investment helps in many situations, especially with punishing Landorus-T switch-ins if it gets a high roll. Substitute + Bulk Up Landorus-T is a solid lead that threatens opposing Zacian-C and Eternatus, considering that Zacian-C cannot outspeed most of them. It gains momentum in every Landorus-T mirror and does not have to worry much about Zapdos thanks to its special bulk and Speed investment. With Latias, using Future Sight then Draco Meteor to trigger Eject Pack in order to pivot into Zacian-C can break most Eternatus stall teams and teams that have Zacian-C switch-ins like Quagsire and Arcanine. Against Kyogre teams, leading with Latias can easily preserve momentum with Draco Meteor + Eject Pack. Porygon2 operates against all kinds of Calyrex-S teams; it can switch into Choice Specs sets and utilize Speed Swap against Focus Sash + Nasty Plot sets. Porygon2 can also KO Urshifu-S with an Analytic-boosted Tri Attack and an unboosted Tri Attack. Because Ditto has deadly potential when transformed into Zacian-C, this team has both defensive and offensive Ditto checks. Toxapex is a defensive check that can also use Haze against Xerneas and setup sweepers affected by Speed Swap. Blacephalon is an offensive check that revenge kills both Zacian-C and Ditto transformed into Zacian-C and sweeps afterwards thanks to Beast Boost.
