Notes: 184+ Speed Ev's allows you to outpace Timid Rotom-Frost (not scarfed) and either Flamethrower it if it's weakened, or pivot out into a Rotom-Frost check.
Toxic can be used to hit bulky Pokemon that wouldn't mind Silvally-Water's common coverage moves such as Regice and Pyukumuku and cripple them.
Ice Beam hits Grass-type targets that Flamethrower would normally hit while also hitting Flying- and Dragon-types such as Oricorio-Pom Pom and Hakamo-o.
Thunderbolt allows Silvally-Water chip at Water Absorb switch-ins such as Lapras and Poliwrath.
U-turn prevents Soundproof and Clear Body users such as Mr. Mime, Regice, and Metang from stopping your pivoting options. U-turn also hits Servine on the switch-in without giving it a free Contrary boost.
Silvally-Water can run a physically bulky set to check Monferno, Basculin, Golem, Rapidash, and other physical attackers. Speed is for Jolly Torterra. Rest+Sleep Talk can be ran over Parting Shot and Toxic for more defensively oriented teams.
