Adamant is slashed on scarf because the majority of other Scarf users still outspeed Pinsir, but there are a couple, such as Stoutland and Monferno.
Knock Off is more important to Scarf Pinsir than any other Pinsir because of the lack of Mold Breaker, but lead Pinsir can't break Tangela without it.
Z-Me First will boost speed regardless of whether it successfully steals a move.
