Feraligatr is an interesting pokemon in OU. It is able to decimate most of the common balance builds that consist of Tang + Lando + Toxapex. It is able to OHKO AV Tang at +2 with Ice Punch. Ferrothorn can provide speed control with TWave, deal with the bulky waters that Gatr hates, and can set up spikes to ease gatr's breaking. The spdef makes sure Specs Ash Gren never 2hkos with dark pulse. Taunt Ghostium Gengar can annoy stall because of taunt. Ghostium gives it a one time nuke. It also allows me to revenge kill medicham. Defensive lando gets rocks up. It makes sure we don't lose to Zygarde. It can get momentum thanks to U-Turn. Lefties helps in the Zygarde match up. Sp. Def Celesteela makes sure we don't lose to Lele and Alakazam, which both have skyrocketed in usage since the Megagross ban. Scarf Terrakion covers Volcarona, which demolishes the team up to here. Double Kick is the last move so I can kill smeargle leads on webs. You can make celesteela autotomize if you feel like lele isn't an issue. If you do make celes autotomize, make gengar LO > Ghostium with the same set.
