Golisopod and Jirachi form a defensive core that walls 90% of the metagame, and Silvally gives you both a sponge for Ghost attacks, a way of dealing with certain setup sweepers, and a way of racking up hazard damage. Weavile is Weavile. It hits like a truck. Gengar is a stalling mon meant to beat Keldeo and other Life Orb users, as it recovers 26% of its health every two turns on 248. Sludge Bomb ensures its not setup bait. Diancie is a motherfucker. It speed ties or outspeeds most relevant threats, eats KO from Weaviles for days, and OHKOs most of the meta at +1. Note that it can't use Z before it transforms, and it will never have magic bounce. This team doesnt have hazard control, so if the opponent starts going aggressive on hazards, do the same.
