Notes: Servine is the fastest defogger in the tier bar Fletchinder, and capitalises well on being the only offensive Grass type. It's fast Defog set acts as a wallbreaker or late-game sweeoer as well with Leaf Storm and HP Fire coverage to hit Steel types or Ice to hit Flying types and Dragon types (Both hits Grass which is the most important one). Defog removes hazard and Synthesis heals up as Servine has passable bulk. The Defensive Defog set lacks the power of the first set, and would hence prefer to Knock Off the opponents Eviolite or other items to make it easier for its team members to take them out.
Checks & Counters: Fire types like Magmar and Torracat outspeeds and can set up on or OHKO Servine when needed. Haunter too, while being frail and disliking leaf Storm and Knock Off, can threaten out with a faster Sludge Wave. Gloom and Roselia can also tank a +2 HP Fire/Ice and retaliate with a Sludge Bomb. Leaf Storm also has rather low PP, So Dusclops can check it with Pressure stalling and potential Spite/Haze.
Other Options: A Choice Scarf Sweeper set can also work quite well, but Servine has a rather shallow offensive movepool. Leaf Storm is, however, often enough to make it work. Support options such as Aromatherapy, as well as Taunt, Toxic and Glare are also good moves for Servine. Hidden Power [Ground] can also be used to better deal with Poison and Fire types.
