Hydration + Rest allows Perish-Trap Lapras to remove annoying defensive pokemon without fearing status spam from the likes of toxic and provides a more consistent recovery option than rest-talk. 168+ speed evs allows it to outpace non-invested Vigoroth, allowing you Perish Song before it can Taunt you.
