I picked stall because the theme worked out for it, Umbreon and Arcanine are uncommon but totally viable stall Pokemon. From there Blissey was an obvious choice and I could run SR on her because Umbreon has the other utility options covered. Since I had to use the theme, standard Alo/Quag/Bliss would be too hard to fit and I already had a Wish user, so I just added Articuno as a piece of hazard control. It also compliments Blissey by beating Togekiss and Pidgeot and Gliscor and Reuniclus which are pretty common stallbreakers. Tentacruel was added because I needed more hazard control and because it also beats a few more special attackers Blissey cannot handle, Chandelure and Lucario. Quagsire was finally added as a Volt Switch immunity, a Cobalion/Terrakion/booster counter, and the fact that I did not need any more utility moves.
