Choice Specs can 2hko Probopass with Hidden Power Fighting, but Probopass is unlikely to stay in to take the second hit.
Nasty Plot Normalium can bluff Scarf or Specs very effectively if using U-Turn.
Nasty Plot Hidden Power Fighting does not OHKO SpD Probopass even after Rocks and Golem has Sturdy, so one must be sure to weaken them first.
30 HP IVs makes Chatot's HP divisible by 4, meaning that it doesn't have to go to 1 HP to activate Salac Berry, and activates it one turn sooner.
Chatot could also use a Safety Goggles Defog set to fight off Smeargle.
